Strength Test a Password

Enter a password, and Passphrase will estimate its strength.

Strong passwords should be difficult to guess. It is just that simple.

The entire purpose for having a strong password is to protect against guess or brute-force attacks wherein bad folks repeatedly try to guess a password in order to access something that password is supposed to be protecting.

Passphrase tests a password for length, character set complexity (which is one of the best indicators of password strength), character duplication, common character sequences, and, finally, for common password phrases.
